Instructor Training Program

PIC - Problader Instructors Certification Training Program is the standard in which our Instructors and Personal Trainers are educated and trained. Based upon a standardized world-wide format PIC Training Program develops the physical skills and mental methodology required for a new or amateur in-line skating instructor to teach the professional foundations of inline skating. PROBLADER™ promotes within and sub contracts recent graduates of the PIC Program to train our customers as well as encourages graduates to personally train their own individual client base as well. As becoming certified allows for increased professional perception in the inline skating industry, our PIC requirements are quite strict and therefore is a very competitive program to participate in.  To become a candidate of our PIC Program you must contact us with your past skating experiences for us to review in order to receive an invitation from us or possess a minimum prerequisite of Level C Skills and Safety in which you may automatically register at any time prior to the commencement of the program.

There are currently three levels of Instructor Certification. Each new participant must attain their PIC Level D/C certification before attaining higher qualifications.

PIC Level D/C = Beginner/Intermediate
PIC Level B/A = Intermediate/Advanced
PIC Level X = PIC Examiner Qualification

  8:00am - 10:00am   : Introduction and Safety Theory
  10:00am - 12:00pm  : Skills and Instructors Theory
  12:00pm - 12:30pm   :Theory Evaluation
  1:00pm - 2:30pm       :Skills and Safety Practical
  2:30pm - 4:00pm       : Individual / Group Practice
  4:00pm - 6:00pm       : Practical Evaluation

The single day training program takes place on pre-scheduled weekend days in the early spring of March and April annually. The cost includes: Instructors PIC Manual, PIC Shirt, PIC Certified Certificate of Completion as well as various promotional items.
