Client Testimonials

A short collection of voluntary feedback sent to us directly from our customers below. We truly value feedback as our clients have made us what we are today.

"I am extremely impressed with the quality of service, curriculum and instructors that I have received. Sara is a wonderful ambassador for your company! She is personable, pleasant and efficient and makes every effort to accommodate individual differences. I was thrilled to have the opportunity to take Beginner Level D and Intermediate Level C on the same day. Each level's instruction had a great combination of instruction, safety and practise. The results of the instruction were highly visible! What a pleasure to have the opportunity to work with both Chris and Alina. Their warm and friendly manner put me at ease immediately. They're very proficient bladers. Best yet, they have the ability to share that knowledge ... a definite advantage for all their students. Thanks so much! I'll be back for level B ... but first I have some practising to do...LOL."
Mary N. (Orangeville, Canada)

"It was great, it really built up my confidence, can't wait to do the next level."
Judy E. (Toronto, Canada)

"I am still smiling. What a great time I had with Chris and Brian. You have no idea how nervous I was. Not only did you put me at my ease but now I can work on techniques that you taught me which will allow me to improve and let me achieve my goals quicker.
Thanks again."
Dianne L. (Oshawa, Canada)

"I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how happy I am with the instruction I received on May 1st. I found Chris to be a knowledgeable, skilled and PATIENT instructor. I found his tips to be infinitely helpful and I couldn't believe that I was skating after only 20mins. into the session! Thanks so much!!"
Carm V. (
Montreal, Canada)

"I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed the training session on Saturday. Chris was a very patient teacher, and really helped boost my skating confidence. What better way than to learn to skate from a real Canadian :-). I will definitely take Level C next spring."
Constance S. (Tokyo, Japan)

"I just completed my Level D training through a personal lesson with Chris in Toronto. I found it a lot of fun and very informative and was thrilled that I was able to blade a short distance by myself at the end."
Heather R. (Hong Kong, China)

"Wow! I did not know how well I could learn to skate and stop online through your Virtual Training Programs. At first I was a little unsure of the idea of learning online but once I got into it, it was great! The level D beginner program was clear, easy to understand and so much fun! Now I'm all ready for level C...bring it on :)"
James C. (New York, United States of America)

"It was amazing that I've learned so fast in just 1-1/2 hour. It's the first time in my life I wear roller blades, so I don't think I can stand at first. But Chris was very patient and encouraging so by the end of the session I already know how to skate. It was worth it! Very enjoyable and the best exercise. Congratulations Problader! Keep up the good work. Again, thanks a lot!"
Rowena DC. (Manila, Philippines)

"Just wanted to let you know I went to the class at High Park tonight with Chris as the instructor.  It was an absolute blast.  It started out with 4 women, all nervous Nellie's standing up at the beginning of the class.  Even getting up panicked a couple of us. At the end of the hour and a half, we were standing around like we had all been on rollerblades for years. I really didn't think I would be skating at the end of the class or being able to stop.  Neither did the others and here we were all skating and stopping!  With some sort of style too.:-) Totally an enjoyable evening.  Chris was great and the other three woman were really nice and lots of fun. Thanks so much for a wonderful beginning to an activity that I hope to continue and enjoy for many years to come."

"I just want to tell you I am still smiling.  I feel like a real Problader already....As soon as there is a change in the weather I will practice my new skills and safety knowledge. Can't wait to get out there.  I'll be in touch Chris for the next level training.  You are the best.  Thank you Sara for sending my official certificate so promptly.  Until later....."

"Thanks so much Chris. We had such a great weekend with you guys learning all three levels! It was a fantastic get-away to learn how to rollerblade awesome and only the best wishes as you guys rock!."
Lisa W. (Montreal, Canada)

"As you know, I fell on my own wearing my new skates, K2 Velocity 4.0's and was very scared to get back on them.  Once again, Chris came through for me.  He was great in level D, making me want better skates and to rollerblade for fun and fitness.  I wasn't so sure how I would feel tonight.  Thankfully, I went to the class.  Chris had me skating and with the new skates, skating fast!  He totally built my confidence back up.  Level C was a blast.  There were only 2 others in the class and just like level D, they were really nice and a lot of fun.  I am truly glad that I discovered Problader.  I love the classes.  I plan on continuing on and will request Chris even if it means a longer wait for the next level.  My long-term goal is to be able to blade with my dog.  Once I get really good (see, positive attitude) and have completed all four levels, I will request a private lesson with Chris and bring Isabela (my dog) to the class to learn how to skate properly with her.
As well Sara, you have been a joy to deal with.  You have totally helped build my confidence.  It is frightening as a 45 year old to try something new where I feel I can get hurt.  Rollerblading makes scuba diving seem simple.
I thank both you and Chris from the bottom of my heart.  I have found something that I know I will continue and love. It is because you and Chris have been there to support me the whole way!!!! :-)  Thank you!"
Diana C. (Toronto, Canada)

"I just completed my Level D rollerblade training through a personal lesson with Emily in Toronto. I found it a lot of fun and very informative and was thrilled that I was able to blade a short distance by myself at the end."

"I completed your skills and safety program Level C on May 1.  I was very pleased with the course and was impressed with Christopher’s abilities, patience and courteous instruction. I have been practicing and have gained much needed confidence. I will soon be looking to take the next level, perhaps in a group session next time. I was hoping to go skating with some other people and was wondering if you could point towards any clubs or group skating events. I am and will be recommending your services."
Mark H. (Oakville, Canada)

"I found the lesson with James to be informative. I felt safe and confident enough to skate on my own after the lesson yesterday. I ended up spending about 2 hours practicing my skating on 2 different surfaces. Still need practice with my stopping so I'll be back for Level C on my next trip to Toronto!"
Ramona R.
(Zimbabwe, South Africa)

"Overall very happy with the skating instruction and what I have learned - has given me more confidence and skills on blades to do much more than I realized before. Thanks."
Bhavesh M. (Singapore, India)

"The class was great! Chris, our instructor, was really encouraging and easy to learn from. I now have the confidence to get out there and enjoy rollerblading with my kids. I was also impressed that you were able to fit me into a class when my schedule is so tight. I'll definitely consider taking the next level of training."
Carolyn C. (Hamilton, Canada)

"I would like to request Chris to be my instructor.  Doesn't matter how long I have to wait.  I know he is going to Hong Kong in the morning.  I asked him if I could be in his class next and he said, might be awhile but I could request it.  I am in no hurry.  I need to truly practice everything I have learned.  End of July would be great.  You don't know how much I have enjoyed my classes.  I truly hand it to you and Chris for making this such an enjoyable experience for me as I am becoming a Problader! :-)"
Diane C. (Toronto, Canada)

"I loved my class, and I learned a lot in a short amount of time. My confidence level went from about a 2 to a 10 within the first 20 minutes. Chris was a great teacher who you could tell has a lot of experience. I will definitely recommend Problader to my friends.
I am looking forward to my next lesson! Thanks!!"
Helen D. (Boston, United States of America)

"We had our Level D training on June 20th. I do appreciate the encouragement of Chris.  He stayed upbeat throughout the whole training and he made it fun for all of us.  This is my second training with him and I enjoyed both sessions."
Leah A. (Markham, Canada)

"We had a great time! Our instructor, Chris, was knowledgeable and a lot of fun. I will definitely be signing up for the next course."
Shellene D. (Pickering, Canada)

"
Just had my first lesson with Chris tonight, and he made my first time on rollerblades very enjoyable.  Thanks Chris for all your hard work, patience and for believing in me (even when I didn't)!  I hope to see you again very soon for lesson 2! Cheers"
Delynn W. (Toronto, Canada)

"This is one of the best sport learning experiences! Chris, my instructor, is just incredible. He is very good, motivational and patient. Now I am looking forward to learning the next levels of inline-skate from Chris again. And not the least, Sara has been very helpful and prompt in answering, arranging and registering me through the well-designed Problader.com website."
Calvert T. (Hong Kong, China)

"Amazing lessons! A very enjoyable and professional experience and preparing with Virtual Training helped me out sooo much! Thanks again and see you soon"
Jennifer A. (Los Angelos, United States of America)

"
What a great way to learn how to blade. I had never been on skates before and by the time my lesson was over, I was skating, stopping and had total confidence in what I was doing. I totally recommend ProBlader lessons and virtual training to anyone wanting to learn how to skate or improve their skating abilities. Great Job ProBlader."
Chris J. (Toronto, Canada)

"Excellent instructional skating lesson and information content, and online, all too easy to learn or even re-learn some forgotten skills. Virtual training was a blast! Thanks again."
Graeme M. (Perth, Australia)

"First of all, I am impressed that your training scheduler was proactive in upgrading
me to a semi-private lesson at High Park, rather than have me wait several weeks
for a group lesson in Hamilton.
As for my lesson, Chris was a fantastic instructor. I learned a lot and had fun.
There were four of us in the class, and he worked with each one of us to provide
feedback and pointers. I'm looking forward to my next lesson already! Thanks, Problader!"
Cynthia R. (Toronto, Canada)

"I'd like to express my gratitude for your service and more specifically to Chris for his
patience and skill as an instructor. As a 40 year old woman, inline skating can be a bit scary. I knew I'd love it, but I was worried that I'd be a danger to myself and others on the street. After 1 lesson with Chris I feel very confident in my ability to stay safe and avoid injuring either myself or others!
I'm surprised at how much progress we made in such a short time and I'll definitely be
back in a few weeks for the next level. I am thrilled with the program and will be
recommending you to any and all friends who are looking for a fun new activity
to add to their fitness regime."
